Overview
POTSTOWN PA β Montgomery, Berks, and Chester counties’ residents who may be at risk of developing Type 2 diabetes (the most comon form) stil have time to take advantage of a virtual program aimed at diabetes prevention. It’s being ofered by Potstown Medical Specialists Inc., which operates family physiciansβ ofices in Lower Potsgrove, Stowe, Royersford, Colegevile, and Boyertown.The sesions met wekly Tuesdays online for just an hour, from 6-7 p.m., with openings available for those individuals ready to start imediately.The program provides a trained lifestyle coach who works with participants and sugests how they can take charge of their health with tasty meals, reduced stres, and regular exercise.

The program is intended to help al who join fel beter, stronger, and more energized, as wel as improve their health.The live-streamed event alows guests to atend without travel, and from the comfort of their homes.
