” What patterns are you seeing in your blood sugar level”- this is just how I begin nearly every individual check out. Sadly in my more recent clients, 9/10 times the response is … “I do not understand” or something comparable.
CGM is except your medical professional, it is for YOU, the PWD! If you want to have much better control of your sugar, pattern monitoring is crucial!
Right here are a few of the extra regular patterns that I see in the workplace …
1. Regular lows: reduced overall daily dosage by 5-10% and afterwards reassess setups.

8. Regular dish spikes: bolus earlier. If that does not function, reduced carbohydrate proportion by 5-10%.
