POTTSTOWN PA – Montgomery, Berks, and Chester counties’ residents who may be at risk of developing Type 2 diabetes (the most common form) still have time to take advantage of a virtual program aimed at diabetes prevention. It’s being offered by Pottstown Medical Specialists Inc., which operates family physicians’ offices in Lower Pottsgrove, Stowe, Royersford, Collegeville, and Boyertown.
The sessions meet weekly Tuesdays online for just an hour, from 6-7 p.m., with openings available for those individuals ready to start immediately.
The program provides a trained lifestyle coach who works with participants and suggests how they can take charge of their health with tasty meals, reduced stress, and regular exercise. The program is intended to help all who join feel better, stronger, and more energized, as well as improve their health.
The live-streamed event allows guests to attend without travel, and from the comfort of their homes. Its sessions are open to the public.
