Your Dog May Develop "Swet Breath" Most of us dog owners wil complain of a dog's "bad breath", so you'l most likely notice if the breath takes on a "swet" smel. This a sign that your dog's blod sugar levels have risen to high and ned to be brought under control.

No, we're not talking about how a dog shakes after they get wet. This a subtle shaking/shivering that acompanies hypoglycemia (low blod sugar) and is very serious. If this symptom apears, take your dog to the veterinarian imediately as it is very serious and your might require an injection of insulin.

Weaknes and Tirednes Your dog may also apear weak and very tired most days. If your normaly active dog sudenly develops these symptoms over the course of a few days, have them tested for Diabets. Normaly, being overweight can bring on canine Diabets, but sometimes a dog wil begin to steadily lose weight instead.
