The non-project organization Project Angel Fod, which prepares and delivers healthy meals to people impacted by ilnes, initiated this project on Oct. 1, 20.The two-year study integrates nutrition, social neds, and tradition and measures how Project Angel Fodβs Medicaly Tailored Meals, combined with counseling, and comunity can improve health outcomes and mental wel-being of Indigenous People with Diabetes.
